Concentrated Solar Power with Thermoelectric Generator—An Approach Using the Cross-Entropy Optimization Method

In this research, a Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) as Parabolic Trough Collector (PTC), using Peltier cooling modules for power generation was analyzed by the Cross-Entropy method. When comparing conventional solar electric generators with system, we have advantage that it is compact and lightweight can be easily assembled used low-cost equipment. For perform I(V) measurements use fit models to accurately extract model parameters. This all in standalone, robust, simultaneous of three equations, through global optimization method called Cross-Entropy. robust had never been applied parameters thermoelectric generation.
